Is the silicone mat fire-resistant???

It’s pretty, light weight & multi utility. However when hot pots are kept for serving on tables the mat sticks to the pot which is a bummer.

I used them as pot holders and to set my hot cookware on . I love the bright colors and so much easier to clean than cloth potholders and they take up less space!

Great product, unbelievably able to pick up items right off the stove or in the microwave and not feel even the slightest bit of heat and much easier than using bulky pot holders or oven mitts and you can set hot items on the countertop with one of these underneath and not worry about burning your counter.

These are very attractive and useful as potholders or trivets.

Haven't tried these yet. Chose these instead of the "frog mouth" silicone grippers because those didn't look like they would only work on baking sheets not large casserole dishes without handles. I hope these will be thick enough to protect my hands.
Update; These work great both as a trivet and a hot pad. Take up less space(because they lay flat) than the other style.

These are great! I've been looking for new trivets for some time. I always use the cloth ones but the part that keeps the heat off kept breaking off and the trivets became unusable. After looking and reading the reviews of many different products, I found these. They keep my counter tops safe from the heat and having rings burnt into them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase trivets.
