BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

A few things to know.

Please follow these guidelines to be eligible for a return or replacement. Filling the form correctly helps us process your request faster.

Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. After 10 days, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

We accept returns only for damage, color mismatch, defects, or wrong item delivery.

Fill the form with correct details and clear photos/videos. Wrong information or unclear media will lead to automatic cancellation.

For missing item claims, an open-packet video is mandatory. Without it, the claim will be auto-rejected.

For exchange, applicable return shipping charges apply. You can also self-ship the parcel to us.

For size issue, Please check the size guide on the product page before purchase — especially for chair and sofa covers. If the cover doesn't fit your chair/sofa, only exchange is available (return shipping cost paid by you). No refund in this case

COD ORDER

Replacement or Store Wallet Refund — refunded as a gift voucher you can use for future orders.

PRE-PAID ORDER

Replacement or Bank Refund — refunded to the same bank account, after deducting applicable return shipping.

SNAPMINT EMI

Original Payment Mode — refunded back to the original Snapmint EMI source.
